What is speed / motion

●Motion:: the factor changed the position of object is called motion of object.motion is common everywhere in this universe. Such as - we walk , we breathing , motion of planet's , motion of stars , motion of galaxy and many other objects show motion .
The motion show in straight line is known as RECTILINEAR MOTION .

●Speed:: speed is define how quickly a object travel one point to another point , in simple way the distance travel in per unit time is known as speed .speed is scalar quantity. It does have direction .

              Speed = Distance / time

The SI unit of speed is  m/sec.

The dimensions of speed is [ M0 L1 T-1 ] 

●Types of speed ::
         In generally there are four types of speed .

1. Uniform speed
2. Average speed
3. Instantaneous speed
4. Variable speed 

1. Uniform speed :: when a object travel equal interval of distance in equal time is know as uniform speed , by shown graph we can understand easily uniform speed.

2. Average speed :: the average speed is shown total travelled distance in total time , in other way the total travelled distance divide by total cover time in travels total distance in known as average speed .

Average speed = Total Distance / Total Time

3. Instantaneous speed :: when the speed of object change in instantly in time the rhe speed known as instantaneous speed.
    We can understand instantaneous speed by an example - let a car travel with constant speed but on red light car stopped and after few time car travel then the change in speed in known as instantaneous speed.

4. Variable speed :: when a object cover different Distance in a equal time interval the the speed is known as variable speed.
